COMPTOIR DE VIGNES

A grower-Champagne selection, built from Reims for Hong Kong.

Grower Champagne, Coteaux Champenois, Ratafia.

A selection in the making, between Champagne and the dining table.

PHILOSOPHY

Comptoir de Vignes is a project founded by Samy Neirynck Lemedy, a chef based in Champagne.

The selection grows visit by visit, through meetings with growers, tastings and work on the ground in Champagne.

One goal: wines with a real identity, made by growers involved at every step, from vine to bottle.

THE SELECTION

A deliberately short list, built around three categories.

Champagne

Champagne

Champagnes chosen for balance, identity and a place at the table.

Coteaux Champenois

Coteaux Champenois

The still wines of Champagne. Small volumes, often unseen outside the region.

Ratafia

Ratafia

A limited choice of Ratafias, from the same estates as the wines.

THE PROJECT

Built over time.

  1. 01

    Selection

Every grower is met directly in Champagne. The project grows step by step, with a preference for human-scale estates where the grower stays involved at every step.

  2. 02

    Cooking

The project comes from the kitchen. Wines are picked for the table — for pairings, for service, for the meal.

  3. 03

    Relationships

Direct, lasting links with growers, and with future partners in Hong Kong.

TRADE

The project also speaks to restaurants, wine bars and trade buyers who want to follow the selection as it builds.

First Hong Kong collaborations will come step by step, with intentionally small volumes.
